		<description>Dear Raymond

Thank you for the kind comments. One of the best ways to determine the one thing you must do in this world is to know your SHAPE:
S - Spiritual Gifts ...what you are talented in?
H - Heart ...what are you passionate about?
A - Ability ...what skills and competencies do you have?
P - Personality ...what are your unique attributes and traits ...these can be determined by objective personality tests such as MBTI, OPQ,CPP
E - Experience ...the sum total of everything that you have gone through

Once you know your SHAPE you can then move on to the next level which is to determine that based on your SHAPE what is the kind of footprint that you must leave in this world.

Through my company Seedbed Consulting (you are welcome to visit www.seed-bed.com) am currently offering a Personal Branding and Coaching combo to look at precisely the questions you raise here.

On a different note, I have visited your Blog and am mightingly encouraged with what you have started and how you have already positioned yourself ...I especialy enjoyed The Crocodile Principles and The Art of Reinventing Yourself...thats awesome stuff...

Cheers and feel free to engage more around these issues..

Regards

<description>It&#039;s my first time commenting on your articles but I have to say, I found point 1 and 2, You are the key and Get to the right door very inspiring. These 2 points have created a desire in me to sharpen my thinking and determine that one thing I can be best at in this world. My question to you is, in a world that&#039;s becoming increasingly competitive due to supersonic communication, how do you 1. Define your niche and 2. Become the best at it? There are generic answers to these questions but I am looking for something deeper than what we see everywher on the internet. What are your thoughts? Raymond.
